At the heart of every therapeutic relationship lies trust, empathy, and connection. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your challenges and discover your strengths.
For Teens
Adolescence can be a complex and transformative time, and I get how challenging it can feel. I’m here to offer you a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can express yourself, build confidence, and develop tools to navigate life’s ups and downs. Whether it’s academic stress, social dynamics, or figuring out your identity, I’ll work with you to help you feel seen and supported. Together, we’ll focus on building your resilience and helping you thrive.
For Parents
Parenting is one of the most rewarding yet challenging roles, and I’m here to support you through it—at every stage. Whether you’re a new parent navigating sleepless nights and toddler tantrums, a parent of school-age children dealing with discipline and communication challenges, or a parent of teenagers seeking to strengthen your connection, I can help. I’ll provide practical tools and insights tailored to your family’s unique needs, empowering you to create a harmonious and nurturing home environment. Together, we’ll work to make parenting feel more manageable and fulfilling across all ages and stages of your child’s development.
For People in Physical Careers
As someone who understands the unique demands of physical careers, I’m here to support actors, athletes, and other professionals whose livelihoods rely on physical performance. Before becoming a therapist, I led a 20 year career in the professional theatre as an Equity actor, opera singer, stage director, music director, casting director and arts educator. I served as theatre faculty at Gonzaga University, Whitworth University and the University of Montana. I understand stage fright, the fraught process of auditioning, and the demands (and joys!) that a life in the theatre can bring.
Amidst my professional life, I have maintained an ongoing training regimen as a distance runner, completing multiple marathons, half-marathons and one ultra-marathon! I know the mental, emotional, and physical toll these endeavors can take—whether it’s performance anxiety, burnout, or navigating career transitions. I’ll work with you to find balance, resilience, and well-being both in your personal and professional life. Let’s tackle the challenges together so you can thrive on and off the stage or field.
A Personalized Approach to Care
My approach to therapy is rooted in genuine curiosity and respect for your unique journey. I draw from evidence-based practices and tailor my methods to meet your specific needs. Whether you’re a teen navigating life’s complexities, a parent seeking connection, or a professional striving for balance, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Reach out today to take the first step toward a more fulfilling and balanced life. I look forward to working with you!
