About
I believe in magic.
The magic of resilience.
The magic of compassion.
The magic of transformation through collaborative counseling.
If it seems unusual to you that a therapist believes in magic, that’s probably
because you haven’t met me … yet. If you’re part of a couple or polycule whose relationship seems to have slipped sideways, I understand first-hand the power of being seen, heard, and understood.
That knowledge is one of my gifts.
That, and decades of experience as a therapist. During that time, I have forged a reputation as a compassionate, caring, and collaborative counselor, helping clients just like you achieve the connections, growth, and change they crave.
A healer at heart, my upbringing exposed me to a wide range of people and experiences at an early age, laying the foundation for the work I do today. I realized at the tender age of 11 that I was destined to help others actualize my core belief — “You can do this thing!”.
Unlike therapists who work from a deficiency-based model (addressing what’s “wrong” or “missing” in your life), my clients benefit from a strengths-based model, building on the positives and the potential that may feel gone but is actually just “on a break.”
Together we can reconnect you with the inner resilience you may think you’ve lost – and which you absolutely can rediscover and reclaim. I invite you to consider what a new approach to therapy could add to your life. When you’re ready, I will compassionately create space for the new possibilities you crave.
