के बारे में
Change begins with acknowledging who you are. It takes courage to understand yourself and face what has happened in your past. But as you begin this journey, change often happens quietly – sometimes so naturally that you don’t even realize it at first. Self-awareness gives you the clarity and strength to break old patterns, and when familiar challenges arise, you’ll find yourself responding with greater intention and purpose.
Therapy is a gift you give yourself in a fast-paced world that rarely allows time for true reflection. It’s a space where you can slow down and connect with who you are – as a person, a friend, a partner, a child, a parent, or someone simply trying to find their way. Your cultural background, family history, and personal identities are not just important; they are the foundation of understanding yourself. By exploring how these influences shape your reactions and decisions today, you can cultivate greater self-compassion and step into the life you truly want to live.
My goal is to create a space where you feel completely at ease. I want you to feel welcomed and supported, not as though you’re speaking to an authority figure, but to someone you can trust and open up to. Together, we’ll reflect on your experiences and explore your strengths, helping you recognize your courage and capacity for growth. My approach is collaborative and empowering, designed to help you not only address challenges but also discover and embrace your resilience.
Trauma
Trauma is a deeply personal experience that leaves lasting imprints on how we see ourselves, others, and the world. Whether you’re navigating the lingering effects of early family dynamics, processing a specific traumatic event, or healing from attachment wounds, I’m here to help you regain your footing and feel whole again.
For those working through family-of-origin issues, we’ll explore how early relationships and patterns shaped your identity and current struggles. If you’ve experienced single-incident trauma, such as an accident, loss, or other life-altering event, I’ll help you process and release the pain, allowing you to move forward with a sense of safety and strength. For attachment trauma, we’ll work together to understand the ways your past relationships influence present ones and build new ways to connect and trust.
Healing from trauma is a journey, but you don’t have to take it alone. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel supported as you process the past and rebuild a future defined by resilience and self-compassion.
Neurodiversity
Navigating life as a neurodiverse individual can be both challenging and deeply rewarding. I’m passionate about helping neurodivergent individuals embrace their unique strengths and find tools that enhance their well-being.
Whether you’re discovering your neurodiversity for the first time or seeking ways to live more authentically, I provide a tailored approach to help you thrive. Together, we’ll explore your natural talents and develop strategies to navigate relationships with family, friends, and colleagues. I understand the unique complexities neurodivergent individuals face in social and professional settings, and I’ll work with you to build communication skills, boundaries, and confidence in these areas.
We’ll also focus on creating systems and tools that work for your specific needs, whether it’s managing executive function challenges, developing routines, or navigating sensory sensitivities. My goal is to help you feel empowered, not despite your neurodiversity, but because of it, as you discover how your brain works best.
Personal Growth and Anxiety
For those seeking personal growth, I provide guidance in overcoming perfectionism, managing anxiety, and embracing self-compassion. These challenges often stem from deeply rooted beliefs, and together we’ll uncover what’s holding you back and create new ways of thinking and being. Through reflection, encouragement, and practical tools, we’ll help you find peace and fulfillment in your day-to-day life.
