One Day Pop-Up Art Show!  LGBTQ+ Resilience

Free event! Catalyst Counseling is proud to partner with Pride Across the Bridge and Wolfberry Studio to create a pop-up art show featuring LGBTQ+ artists showcasing their work on the theme of resilience. The event will include food, drinks, and an opportunity to connect with the artists. The artwork will be available at various price points, making it a great opportunity for holiday gift shopping.

Neurospicy Hacks to Improve Executive Function Workshops

When: Thursdays, every 2 weeks from April 10-June 5th.

Join us for a deeper look into taking more control of your life as an individual with Neurodiversity. From the development of patterns rather than routines, how to manage with Rejection Sensitivity, Perfectionism, and the Wall of Awful. We will also cover common hacks for creating more flow in your home with chores and more focus at work. As well as how to navigate mixed neurotypes in relationships.

With limited spots available (only 10), these sessions offer more opportunities for discussion, questions, and collaborative engagement—typically reserved for 1:1 coaching sessions.
